In May of 2021 my wife and I finally decided it was time to move from B.C. to Alberta to be closer to our daughter. We had never sold a home before. They graciously explained their sales strategy about how they'd market our home and all the places they'd be advertising our home to cover as much area as possible. They came up with a price that they thought would be a good price for our home which we heartily agreed to. They explained that they would take care of getting a lawyer for us to finalize the sale of our home when the time came and we were VERY grateful for this help! They helped guide us through all the financial things we had to think about when our house finally sold. They also said that they would connect us to a Real Estate Agent in Alberta so that we wouldn't have to deal with the stress of finding a Real Estate Agent on our own. Talk about going the extra mile! The Real Estate Agent they connected us with in Alberta turned out to be the perfect agent for us. Kelly and Nicole took care of us as if we were family! They had an Open House on a weekend near the end of July and had a few offers. One they highly recommended. It was for a little more than we were asking for. So we trusted their advice and our house sold within a week. I can't tell you just how much we appreciate Kelly and Nicole and their expertise in selling our home.
